Based on the belief that computer skills are essential to a successful job search, CG Fund is working with organizations to equip Community Computer Centers in various locations in Lebanon
Access to computers and the internet is essential to applying for and obtaining sustainable jobs, and youth and women without such access are at a significant disadvantage. CG Fund is working to narrow the digital divide.
- Al Moasat, located in Saida, received twenty computers, as well as desks and chairs, to equip a Computer Center.
- Fifteen computers and accessories were donated to create a Community Computer Center at SHiFT, in Tripoli.
- Four computers were donated to Insaaf in Dora, to increase their capacity to offer computer classes to Migrant Workers
- Salam LADC in the Nebaa neighborhood of Beirut was given seven computers to begin computer literacy courses and establish a community computer center
