Empowering Job Seekers Through Skills for the Future

As part of our mission to equip individuals with the tools they need to thrive in today’s job market, CG Fund proudly implemented the “Tools for Success” project, reaching over 300 job seekers with targeted, high-impact training.

This initiative provided comprehensive courses in digital literacy, English language, and integrated employability skills, helping participants build the foundational competencies needed to access new opportunities in a rapidly evolving workforce.

A spotlight on

English and digital skills courses

As part of the Tools for Success project, Cg Fund partnered with Shift Social Innovation Hub to offer English and digital skills training. These courses helped participants improve their language abilities and learn basic tech skills.

The training focused on inclusion, especially for women and youth, creating a space where participants could build confidence, learn at their own pace, and open new doors for the future.

A spotlight on

Solar Energy Training

A key innovation of the Tools for Success project was the integration of solar energy training blending both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice. As clean energy becomes a key driver of economic growth in the region, this training empowered participants with in-demand technical skills in the renewable energy sector.

Importantly, women were actively included in the solar energy component, challenging gender norms in technical fields and promoting greater inclusion in the green economy. Through this focus, the project not only supported economic empowerment, but also contributed to broader gender equity in vocational training.

Don’t just take our word for it

The English Language course I received with the "Tool for Success" program significantly improved my English language skills. Actually, it was the key that opened the door to success for me. After the training, I have got the opportunity to go for an overseas job interview in the English language, and thankfully I was able to ace it. Today I am working in Turkey and I am using the English language skills I have developed with the Tools for Success project to communicate with the staff and the surrounding community.
