Youth & Women Empowerment through Tools for Success programs

Our Livelihood Program collaborates with local NGOs to deliver impactful training that equips youth and women with market-relevant skills, fostering digital transformation and sustainable career opportunities.The program targets vulnerable Lebanese and non-Lebanese youth aged 18-34 from marginalized areas, with 50% female participation. It bridges essential skill gaps in areas like English, computer literacy, and soft skills while also offering specialized training in high-demand sectors such as solar energy installation and digital technologies. Our goal is to empower individuals to thrive in Lebanon’s evolving, digital-driven job market.

Training & Job placement

At CG Fund, we help job seekers build the skills and digital tools they need to succeed in today’s job market. Our training programs focus on essential skills and digital transformation, giving participants the knowledge and access to technology required to find employment in Lebanon.

Through our Tools for Success program, we also provide job placement support. Participants learn how to use online job portals and access key resources to streamline their job search. By combining practical training with digital innovation, we empower individuals to secure jobs, build sustainable careers and to have better opportunities in Lebanon.
