Lebanon’s public educational institutions are unprepared to teach digital literacy to their students. Without access to essential digital transformation tools and literacy programs, students face challenges in:
Receiving quality education.
Developing the skills necessary for today’s digital world.
This gap prevents students from reaching their full potential and contributes to unequal opportunities in the job market. At CG Fund, we are committed to addressing these challenges across public institutions in Lebanon. We focus on empowering students with computer skills, ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital age. Education must be accessible to all.
The Teacher Training Project is dedicated to enhancing teacher skills by training educators to teach coding and Scratch programming. This project equips teachers with the tools to integrate digital learning and technology in their classrooms, fostering STEM education and improving digital literacy in schools.
This project focuses on assessing public schools to evaluate their technology needs. We provide computer labs and offer computer literacy programs to students to ensure that students gain digital skills needed for their academic success and future careers.
The Coding and Robotics Project empowers public school students with essential coding and robotics skills to prepare them for success in today’s tech-driven world. Through hands-on Microbit workshops, students build STEM knowledge, strengthen problem-solving skills, and explore exciting career paths in technology.
